Column roll forming machine is a complete production line designed by XIAMEN NEW KAIHANG MACHINERY CO., LTD. (NKH Machinery) to form interlocking composite cold-formed column profiles. The line integrates hydraulic un-coiler with leveling device, hydraulic punching device, forming main machine, hydraulic cutting device and PLC control cabinet into one continuous process.

Introduction

XIAMEN NEW KAIHANG MACHINERY CO., LTD. (NKH Machinery) launches the interlocking composite cold-formed column profile series. Two profiles share an identical cross-section, with slots facing each other and locked together after assembly to form a high-strength closed box column.

Made from quality hot-dip galvanized steel strip with high-precision roll forming in one integrated pass, the profiles come with pre-punched assembly positioning holes. The closed structure formed by the interlocked pair greatly improves the torsional, bending and vertical load capacity of the column. The hot-dip galvanized surface resists rust and corrosion, making it suitable for indoor factory use as well as outdoor humid working conditions.

The profiles are widely used in automation gantry equipment frames, industrial equipment support frames, warehouse shelf columns, photovoltaic steel structures and shelter box frames. Custom profile cross-section dimensions, profile length and hole layout are fully supported.
